All workshops include experiential and theoretical learning, and a take-away workbook.
A variety of media will be used for visual, auditory, and experiential learning styles.
Role play, true work practices and case studies are introduced to accelerate learning.
Most workshops run from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Investment cost for most training session is $142.00 (plus HST) per participant.

to gain the respect of their team, peers, and superiors?
Give your leaders the tools required to meet the day to day challenges and responsibilities of their job.
The acquisition of interpersonal skills will increase effectiveness while enhancing confidence as a supervisor.
The series workshops are designed for continual learning, and case studies and discussions will revolve around true work models.
Active involvement in brainstorming, discussions, and information sharing is expected and encouraged.
Goal setting and action plans will be established to ensure continued success.
The workshops run from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Investment for training series (20 hours of learning) is $935.00 (plus HST) per participant.
