Benchmarks

We recommend a minimum of five Top Performers for each job complete the Prevue Assessment™ and their results will be utilized to identify the appropriate Benchmark. This process very clearly identifies the traits of the Top Performers and establishes effective Benchmarks for future selection decisions.
