Prevue is an integrated assessment measuring Abilities, Motivation and Interests that have a direct impact on the work environment. Prevue incorporates benchmarks that enable a candidate to be compared to a specific position. Prevue results provide behaviour-based interview questions to guide the manager into areas that require investigation and provides coaching and training direction for existing employees.
Leadership Practices Inventory
The LPI can ascertain a candidate's current management skills, chance of success in a leadership role, and outline a training program for current employees. Components include Challenging the Process, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Enabling Others to Act, Modeling the Way, and Encouraging the Heart.
