Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

MBTI can provide feedback that will help identify specific, unique gifts. The information given will enhance the understanding of self and of others, of motivations and of strengths, and of potential growth. Understanding your MBTI type is self-affirming and encourages cooperation with others.

Emotional Quotient Inventory

EQI measures one's ability to deal with daily environmental demands and pressures, and provides a superior measure of "success" in life than traditional measures of intelligence. It evaluates Intrapersonal skills, Interpersonal skills, Adaptability, Stress Management, and Self Regard.

Prevue

Prevue is an integrated assessment measuring Abilities, Motivation and Interests that have a direct impact on the work environment. Prevue incorporates benchmarks that enable a candidate to be compared to a specific position. Prevue results provide behaviour-based interview questions to guide the manager into areas that require investigation and provides coaching and training direction for existing employees.

Leadership Practices Inventory

The LPI can ascertain a candidate's current management skills, chance of success in a leadership role, and outline a training program for current employees. Components include Challenging the Process, Inspiring a Shared Vision, Enabling Others to Act, Modeling the Way, and Encouraging the Heart.

Technical Assessment

McDonald Gren offers more than 1000 skills assessments include Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test, software testing, accounting, bilingualism, AutoCAD, cognitive ability, blueprint reading, and secretarial skills.
