- Opening communication channels to increase productivity,
forward action, and get resolution - Taking time to understand the other person's point of view
- Using appreciative inquiry to comprehend issues, get all the facts,
and determine the root of issues - Giving directives with influencing rather than commands
- Living in some else's shoes
- Framing the difficult conversation for enhanced understanding

Use active listening skills to ensure understanding and clarity
Maximum participation is 14 attendees to ensure optimum interaction and
discussion. The workshop includes experiential and theoretical learning,
and a take-away workbook. A veriety of media will be used for visual,
auditory, and experiential learning styles. Goal setting or action plans will
be established to ensure continued success.

Enrollment Fee:
Enrollment fee is $142.00 plus HST per workshop. Four or more @ $125.00 per participant.
