- Turn criticism into an opportunity to learn
- One-on-one role play to develop a comfort level of delivery
Learn To:
- Invest in the Emotional Bank Account
- Identify valid & invalid comments
- Gather supporting evidence to substantiate statements
- Keep emotions in control
- Solicit feedback to improve processes
- Ask "Why am I giving this criticism?" prior to addressing the issue
- Attack the problem, not the person
Enrollment Fee:
Enrollment fee is $142.00 plus HST per workshop. Four or more @ $125.00 per participant.
