Various methods of performance management including self, peer and team assessments
Management by objective

Learn To:

Work together with your team to plan, monitor & audit work objectives
Establish clear expectations and outcomes
Support the team to achieve work & career goals by identifying training & development opportunities
Plan in advance with SMART goals
Monitor progress and give feedback regularly
Establish formal and regular appraisals
Handle performance issues with clarity
Develop strategies when improvement expectations are not met

Enrollment Fee:
Enrollment fee is $142.00 plus HST per workshop. Four or more @ $125.00 per participant.
