- Techniques to help you accept & withstand your anxieties
- Words of wisdom for dealing with the burdens of life
- Strategize in groups with case study situations
- Develop coping strategies for 3 current stressors

- Recognize the signs of stress in yourself & others
- Determine your main stressors
- Manage and relieve your stress using:
- avoidance
- short-circuiting
- mitigation - Change your lifestyle to combat the risks and eliminate the causes
- Develop practices to alleviate tension in your life
- Establish limits for yourself to strengthen your ability to handle pressure
- Handle demands in a positive manner
Enrollment Fee:
Enrollment fee is $142.00 plus HST per workshop. Four or more @ $125.00 per participant.
